As it's party season, where's the furthest you ended up after too many sherbets?

Got on on train at Woolwich, heading for Chatham. Woke up in Gravesend.
In pitch black.
On the way back up to park the train. Had been to Margate and back.

Got on at Liverpool St, should have got off at Chelmsford...ended up at Harwich. It was the furthest I'd gone, and previous times my dad came and got me. This time he said 'good night son, see you in the morning' and put the phone down!

My worst was when I lived in New York, 1st week living there I got on the wrong subway, fell asleep and ended up in the Bronx (I lived in Brooklyn)
I got out, white, hammered & in my suit into a very sketchy part of town.
Lucky there was a cop car driving past and he pointed me in the right direction home.

Got on at waterloo to meet mates in Guildford. Has a skinfull and got woke up by cleaners at fratton stn. No train back found a b&b that resembled the shithole in jolly boys outing from fools and horses.

Being a train driver i regularly take passengers between victoria and orpington and back several times on a sat or sun morning. As long as they are breathing and havent shit themselves i leave them to sleep it off.

London Bridge to Chadwell heath once took me 8 hours. 10.30pm to 6.30am the next day. Hopped on a bus & blacked out. Came to marching down what I thought was Tooley Street When I thought I saw the british rail sign for London Bridge Station. It was Lewisham. Afrocab back to Liverpool St & out to Shenfield where i missed 2 night trains.

When i lived in Dunstable i used go get the train to home games Would meet the old man after the game, consume a river of beer and 9 times out of 10 wake up at BEDFORD around 3am. Local cab drivers used to love our home games.

I lived in custom house at the time I was working in the city and would regularly wake up in one of the following places Wembley, Ealing Broadway, Heathrow, Epping, Upminster. if you could find a cab to get home it would cost a fortune :.(

My old boss (assistant manager) liked a few ales and back in the early 80's he tended to come out for a few straight after work in Ilford and normally have to get back to Buckinghamshire by train after. Well one midweek session saw him leave a bit later than usual but he did manage to get home by all accounts. The next day he did not show up for work which to be honest did not surprise anyone but after lunch he strolled in still looking the worse for wear, he had apparently got the train to work as usual at Liverpool Street but was so fooked from the previous nights session he missed Ilford and woke up in Southend (big deal you say) but on heading back he missed Ilford again (asleep) and woke up in Liverpool Street again, so undeterred he got on another Ilford bound train only to wake up again in Southend for the second time so another west bound train and this time he was determined to get to work and only woke up in Stratford. Finally after a coffee he headed back to the eastbound platform and was looking forward to the creature comforts of work only to wake up in Southend for a third time. He finally got off at Ilford and made it into work where he was later found fast asleep in his office !!
True story and he lived in a place called Swans Bottom

Used to live in Stratford and get the last central line train home. I'd will myself to stay awake think I'd cracked it at Mile End and next thing I knew I was waking up in fucking Epping. How many fucking times did I do that.

Regularly wake up in Sevenoaks. You'd think I'd learn my lesson, but I'm fucking daft.

Story of my teens. Did once get the last central line eastbound from the West End many years ago...only to wake up next afternoon westbound at Shepherds Bush. Classy.

Most irritating was when I lived in leafy Surrey as a teenager, woke up as the train was just pulling out of my stop.
Got off at the next one and as it was a Sunday, had to wait nearly an hour to get the train back the one stop I needed.
Bah!
